The guy clearly resisted arrest by fleeing and ramming police vehicles. His actions endangered not only the police officers, but the general public as well. I think the use of force is warrented in these situations.
Yea right and OJ is innocent,Joey Harrinton is a great quaterback,the economy is great in northern Michigan,Gas stations are not making anymore money than they ever did. and cops don't lie in Ludington Michigan and never have.
With the excessive force from the police agencies & according to witnesses, these officers clearly put the public in danger of their lives and the victim too. Police misconduct and brutality is here in our community. Measures should be taken to control officers who commit such crimes. If audio/video were working on these cars, another story would confirm this.
