Any sensible person in government knows this whole deal is a big piece of doo-doo. Go along with it and you have rural roads clogged by thrill seeking downstaters trucking their ATV's to Mason County and hogging up rural roads on their unlicensed and unregulated play vehicles. This idea is unworkable. It never should have seen the light of day.
