These zoning committees are such a crock. The guy owns the property, and wants to improve it, and he can't because someone else doesn't like where he will put the garage. Who owns the property? I say if he owns it, and he builds it, he should be able to put it where he wants.
Interesting, I wonder how many people are standing in line to file improvements/expansions to their properties in Mason County these days anyhow? And the zoning board is holding progress back, when it doesn't have neighbors against it, nor is an eyesore from US-10? And the township/county gains from the increased values/taxes on that property as a result? At this particular time when everything around us financially/jobs/stocks/housing is crumbling? Zoning committee, wake up, get your heads out of the sand, and permit Clark and others you do-do birds! Real rocket science decision here I think. NOT!
