It's time for another round of district consolidation. Combine Bear Lake and Onekama. Those schools are both tiny and only six miles apart. One will suffice.

How much consideration have people given to consolidating school districts? Seems obvious to me that this should be a strong consideration. Time to let go of history and the *good ol' days* and start thinking about a Mason County School District and an Oceana County School District. Understand that this budget issue is not going to get any better anytime soon...
