"A charge of assaulting, resisting or obstructing a police officer was dismissed without prejudice on motion of the prosecutor per plea agreement." What!?!?!?!? Plea something else down besides the assaulting of one of our officers. Good luck local law enforcement I'll be praying for you. Seems like you can get assaulted doing your job and it is pled away. Oh thats right it's their job to get assaulted... BS!

Once again, our prosecuting office gets it WRONG! Give me a break assaulting an officer is dismissed. This shows the local officers that the courts do not care what happens to them. What a flipping joke! It is to bad that the prosecuting office doesn't seem to work with the officers on sentencing.
