Does anyone else find it NUTS what the prosecutor dismissed on this guy? Here is the list of charges this idiot GOT AWAY with: -operating a motor vehicle wile license suspended -minor in possession of alcohol -having an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle -another charge of assaulting, resisting or obstructing a police officer What a joke...this community should be going crazy that this is allowed to happen and think he is still doing a good job!
The prosecutors office sucks! NO MORE DEALS! You do the crime you do the time, period!
Chill, Phil! He was over-charged to begin with, a typical law enforcement tactic. Throw enough "stuff" at the wall, and see what sticks. Besides, the idea that a dog is a person when the police own it is absurd, ludicrous, and laughable.
Let us first let the prosecuter explain, then comment.
Last time I looked, it's still against the law to assault a K-9 Police dog. So, being an animal lover at heart, knowing that this particular animal is trained to attack the suspect, Rex, thanks for your regal/legal service to get the bad guys, anyway you know how. Case is not dismissed. Though it could have been worse, for the suspect. That's seems to be up to the prosecutor and his office of questionables for now. Thanks.
