I have had a 20 year business relationship with Joni Potter through the Artists Market. I found Joni to be extremely competent in all aspects of running a business, dedicated to hard work and concerned about all of her employees welfare. She was unfailingly pleasant. Ludington would be fortunate indeed to have Joni Potter as City Clerk. Ann Salisbury
Ms. Luskin has improved the openness of the public records by fleshing out the city's municipal codes, meeting minutes, contact info, etc. and regularly updating them into the city's internet site. Her service and record with the city should be considered. That being said, I believe the city would be well served with a change of personnel at any and all levels. Many underlying problems exist, and the current administration's answers are to ignore them and plan another local event.
Which one knows how we can bring in some jobs to the area? Everything else should be secondary.
