Sounds like a waste of our tax money. Maybe UnConstitutional taxation thru citation as well. There are many 2tracks that have been in place and use for a vast number of years that are now off limits so they can ticket you for using a well used trail. I see another area of the budget to make cuts in real soon.

Officer Wiese is a federal marshal doing what the tax payers have authorized him do to. If you don't like the law change it or move to the UP where you can run amuck. ATVs and other offroad vehicles cause millions in damage each year and harrasment to private land owners and public land use law abiding citizens. The damage is the real tax.
