I by no means condone Rev. Pappusamy's conduct, but I do feel his punishment is a bit severe for such an offense. You can research cases all over the country where men/women have committed much more heinous offenses against much more defenseless victims much more than one time and received much less punishment. Those were travesties of justice much like this seems to be-- though for different reasons.
