The idea of cutting earmarks is not new. Ron Paul stated he would VETO any bill that had earmarks or was the least bit unconstitutional. The president has little control over the contents of the bill in front of him but if he runs a VETO on everyone that has an earmark it will dramatically cut spending because not many will survie a veto and have enough support to override it. www.myspace.com/familyrights
