It is nice to see that Mr. Hartrum will be back in the area. Living apart from your family is a hard situation to be in.

He has surely gained some valuable experience at his former employment position. I welcome him and hope He will support and uphold the interests of the resident taxpaying public. It is wonderful to have the opportunity to employ personnel raised in the local area. I think it provides a better understanding of the wishes and needs of the local public.
