they're not that efficient anyway, and without sustained wind there a big waste of resources{money}. put the money into coal or nuke plants that run in the high 90% in efficiency. doing this will help maintain lower production costs per unit, and hopefully not skyrocket the cost to us, the consumers.
Too bad the people of Manistee shot down the coal power plant that Wovlerine Power wanted to build up there. Some people don't want good jobs in the area. Wish they could have built it here in Ludington. On the other hand though, there are alot of locals it seems who would rather have tons of empty condos rather than any sort of industrial buisness in town that would actually provide good paying jobs to locals. It is after all, much more important to have locals available to work minimum wage seasonal jobs to support our tourism industry.
