NO PLEA BARGAINS FOR THIS SICKO!
Sgt on February 12, 2010 at 7:05 AM
Innocent until proven guilty, or have I died and gone to a country where NO ONE defends the Constitution? If a plea bargain is offered, you can bet there is not enough evidence to convict but the person is faced with conviction anyway. That's the nature of plea bargains. Nobody is stupid enough to risk being called 'soft on crime'. Get real.
