Anyone who thinks that the wind farms will be a benefit to residents of an area should read yesterday's (March 14) Sunday Chicago Tribune. There is quite an article on how it has ruined the landscape and caused environmental problems in Illinois counties.
I watched the video and read the article. Very depressing for those folks. Anyone who needs some data must watch that video. It really anchored why we don't want these things in the path to our beaches. I'm very curious what comes of the investigation into the death of the horses and goats from the flicker....scary scary stuff for sure. Ted
gee I was just in Illinois and seen some large wind farms and nothing look ruined to me...I thought they looked very majestic and great.....a lot better than a coal plant or nuk plant
