Why is the word "upset" used in the title of this article? This game, and the outcome were very much predictable, and right on target historically. Over the past 10 years there have been some very tough districts, but also some "gimees", and MCE has given them all up, even the gimees.

I bet Crossroads didn't have a facebook page gloating about how good they were. But I guess they didn't need one.

I am disappointed that MCE lost as I really wanted to see them go far. Not to toot my own horn, but I had a feeling that Custer was over rated. I watched several other Class D teams throughout the state ie Covert, West Michigan Christian. These teams play tough schedules and play much better competition. Great season guys!!
