i disagree on what these two were charged with, i think the system needs to let up on them & hit the ones that were really involved with the whole ordeal HARD!!!

Kelly you hang out with criminals doing a criminal act, you are a criminal. Just because you didn't pull the trigger doesn't make you innocent. Prison time! Keep this trash out of our City!

Kelly, don't worry the prosecutor will cut a deal with them and they will probably only get time served.

Kelly - You really think that the system needs to let up on a habitual offender - third offense??? Seems to me that Mr. Retersoff is having a hard time learning his lesson. We should throw the books at him and maybe this time it will sink it! Shooting into a house could have resulted in someone's death and you think that he should get a break? Ha! This is one of the funniest things I have heard all day! Take my tax money and throw him in prison and let him rot before he has a fourth and fifth offense!

he was already in prison once let the %$#@^ sit and rot all though going to prison we are still going to pay for him to sit there with are tax dollars
