Sounds like some really poor judgement was used on more than one party. Come on, a 5 year old driving and adult with no helmet! Hope all turns out for all the parties involved.

A five year old didnt deserve this. When are people going to take responsibility for their children?

FYI the child had his helmet on, not the adult. The child was also riding his snowmobile which is child size. Don't judge.
