Continuence on the side of the DEFENSE due to SCHEDULING.....? Really..? I'd like to know what was on this lawyer's docket that had a higher profile....Or was it because NO money is to be made by defending Phillips.....? Why would the judge agree to and grant this delay.....? What is the benefit to the public...? let's see these questions answered by our local media by actually ASKING our public officials............

Why hasn't this case been dismissed already? The prosecution has no evidence that Phillips did anything illegal.

Really? The very LEAST he did was take the baby from it's mom. That's no different then the guy who just took off to Florida with those two babies.

So Dilbert, Kate was with Phillips last...they find phillips...no kate her clothes she was reported missing in in his pocket, car seat and diaper bag now in trunk... no evidence... so defending one of your boys...

It's a lot different Emellbee, he took off with a baby and found later without her at his house. She no longer is around..its not even similar. How can you people say their isnt any evidence?? Haven you not followed the story and been ready the police statements and police evidence?? The baby didnt just walk off...

Diane and Dilbert, what is wrong with your head? You must be friends with this jerk! He took baby Kate and there is a lot of evidence pointing to that!!!! If he is so innocent why won't he tell the authority's where the baby is? He knows something! This case needs to be brought to trial with NO MORE DELAYS!!!! there has already been to many. He should have been prosecuted long time ago!

You are overlooking the obvious things: firstly, it's Sean's word against Ariel's, and he says she had the baby last; secondly, I believe they gave Kate to somebody, which explains why Sean had Kate's clothing etc with him (and I also believe Ariel was there, too, in spite of what she's told the police). The first thing you'd do with a ill-gotten baby would be to get rid of the last items of clothing she was seen wearing. The "adoptive" parents probably changed her into some nondescript clothing and high-tailed it out of there.
