At the risk of being jumped on again by government operatives/favored status sons, I'd just like to ask this: by what formula of ridiculousness do you arrive at a reduction in value of most properties of a measly 2%, when everyone knows, esp. those forced to sell, that property values have plummeted by over 40%, and most by 50-60%+ from just a short time ago? IF, they are not already in default/foreclosure? And at the same time believe that the COL, cost of living, is also only going up 2% per year the last 5+ years? Don't worry, those that believe that also probably believe in the Easter Bunny too, soon to be here also.
