This is a very honorable and noble act on any citizen's behalf. Ms. Clemensen, just make sure you contact a real estate type attorney to do this properly, so that the property will be used exactly as you want it for the future, with your stipulations and requirements attached as a specific order for possession. To do otherwise, may see the property be used in a differing manner, or even sold for monetary gain, which is not what you want, but what some others may decide afterwards, and that is just being careful and prudent for the future. Your generosity is wonderful.
