Also shows that people need to do their research on people they are voting for. Always knew Spaniola was soft and was afraid to go to trials.
If they're going to charge Sean with hiding a baby, then they should haul Ariel in and charge her with the same thing. These two lying nitwits have cost the taxpayers way more than they will ever be worth.
At least the PA is on the right track here and doing what he can do. As far as the police go it's a joke! Is this man a criminal master mind or are the local police very challenged?
How is the PA on the, "Right track" by dropping charges. If you read the story, the police gave the PA a lot of good info to make it easy to charge him with kidnapping. I guess I don't understand how charges being dropped is the local police's fault?? The PA is scared of a trial, thats why you always see Plea deals in our counties court system. You dont think we could get a jury to charge him with kidnapping and murder?! come on...its right in front of you showing he did it. If he didnt, wouldnt you think he would talk and say what he did with her?? Or who he have her to?? But instead he sits in disgust knowing what he did. Squatch you are one of those hardcore residents who have to go out and blame everything on the police and not understand how the system works.
What do you guys expect the prosecutors to do? There are no witnesses, no body, and the suspect isn't saying anything. Life isn't like CSI or Law & Order. Unless someone stumbles across the body or Sean finally breaks his silence there's not much else they can do.
