I have more questions. Were Ariel and Sean together the night/day before Kate went missing? DID ANYONE ACTUALLY SEE THE BABY AT ANYTIME THAT DAY - THE DAY BEFORE - THE DAY BEFORE THAT? When was the last time anyone really physically saw that baby? When the r was on the hospital video - and they "said" that Ariel, Sean and Kate were in the car - CAN YOU SEE THE BABY IN THE CAR??? AND - how the heck can the Defense rest when they only had 3 people on the stand? How can you have this ending when the FBI and police did NOT check New Mexico? Did they check where Sean was at "boot camp"? Did he have someone there come get the baby? Did he have a new girl out there that has the baby so he can start a new life...hmmm we will never know the truth, too much more to this story. Yes, bad upbringing for Ariel - feel for them all. Disgusted by all of it! Seems there is A LOT of heresay on that stand...I don't see any ONE person quilty - I still think they both were in on it. DID ANYONE PHYSICALLY SEE BABY KATE THAT DAY????

It's tough to provide a real and honest defense when you know you're guilty. Of course It's clear Phillips is guilty of more than just snatching his daughter. It sickens me that he would kill his own daughter.
