Poor Ray, RIP old buddy. If he had to go, I think this is the way he would have wanted it too.

Ray loved the water. I agree with Eddie - If he had to choose, this is how he would have wanted to go. I'm sure there will be a lot of memories and stories shared at the fish fry this weekend.

I am so, so saddened hearing this terrible news. "Finney" was amazing. I am so fortunate to have met him. Each year's "offshore Classic" weekend I look forward to seeing his bright, smiling, clean shaving face, ("dude, your sh!#'s on fire," such great memories!.) These trips will never be the same, he will be missed emmensly. My prayers and thoughts are with you, God Blessing's "Finney!"

Like I have aways said ..... common sense isn't so common any more. Why endanger your self and others when the conditions are unsafe? It sounds like he was a fisherman.... You would of thought he would know about boating safety, and how fast the lake can get rough. All for non sense. My heart goes out to all involved.
