So sorry to hear of this tragic accident. Sympathies to all of the families and friends. Linda (McFadden) Petersen
Ray loved the water. I agree with Eddie - If he had to choose, this is how he would have wanted to go. I'm sure there will be a lot of memories and stories shared at the fish fry this weekend.
I am so, so saddened hearing this terrible news. "Finney" was amazing. I am so fortunate to have met him. Each year's "offshore Classic" weekend I look forward to seeing his bright, smiling, clean shaving face, ("dude, your sh!#'s on fire," such great memories!.) These trips will never be the same, he will be missed emmensly. My prayers and thoughts are with you, God Blessing's "Finney!"
Like I have aways said ..... common sense isn't so common any more. Why endanger your self and others when the conditions are unsafe? It sounds like he was a fisherman.... You would of thought he would know about boating safety, and how fast the lake can get rough. All for non sense. My heart goes out to all involved.
Loss of a good guy,RIP Finny.
Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will give you strength, I will bring you help, I will uphold you with the right hand of my justice. (Isaiah 41:10) RIP for the men.... And God-Bless the family's
