OK, he wasn't wearing a helmet, and he was on a public road, and he was certainly doing no more than the legal 25 MPH..I think a good attorney could get the family a huge pile of money from Norman Twp for creating an attractive nuisance when they passed local ordinances opening their roads to ORV useage..Probably include Manistee County as a co-defendant by allowing this Twp and their demanding citizens to create this situation...Go Tourism, get those bucks, yeh!!
