But you know, you can only blame their up bringing. I say with the hood up fine them $150... if convicted of a crime $15,000 plus 5 years! Also their not that smart you always see the same kid in the same cloths, so they should catch them with no problem. This is where we need someone to make a stand everyone knows everyone, man up and do the right thing!!
$300 fine if their pants aren't pulled up all the way. I think you know what goofball look I'm talking about.
Come on, a hoodie is warm in cold temps. You can't fine everyone for wearing a hoodie, if so I would have paid a fortune by now. I walk back and forth to work, in cold weather I wear a hoodie, and I am not a punk. I agree that somebody must know these crooks,and should speak up.
Wow ...c'monnn, really?? My little girl wears her hoodie hood up because I tell her to...it keeps her ears warm. It's not the clothes that makes a thief, it's the man/ woman.
I hope she gets herself a concealed weapons permit and a shiny new pistol.
