You don't think before you write do you EDDIE? Every time I see someone make a comment it's you, it's always negative and very incoherent. Most people would not ask for a leave of absence but say they needed surgery where they would be gone in recovery, you wouldn't want them to be excused and not lose their job? There's many more reasons that's just 1. Think things through, EDDIE.
