Without the right to bargain, we are doomed to regress to the gilded age where there were two classes: rich and poor, master and servant. Unions created the pathway to the great middle class and our once thriving economy. When Reagan busted the air traffic controller's union, we were on our way to an overworked, overstressed and underpaid workforce. We cannot grow our economy without the right to bargain.
