I hope that the citizens of Michigan will support Mitt Romney. Being from Barack Obama's home state I can tell you all about the culture of corruption that he comes from. He has dealt with our government the way people do business in Chicago - by making backroom deals and trading favors. Chicago and Illinois are a cesspool, and I look forward to the day when I can leave there. The only thing holding me back is having to take care of family members or it would have happened long ago. Please, if you are undecided, and if the stagnant economy and failed foreign policy haven't convinced you to pull your support of Obama, then vote for a person of integrity to hold the highest office in our land - that person is Mitt Romney.
I guess neither the governor nor the lieutenant governor considered Ludington and Manistee very important. I'm sure voters will remember that the Obama administration saved the auto industry in Michigan over Republican objections - and turned a profit for the Federal government in the process. Voters are also likely to consider that their family members who depend upon Medicare and Medicaid have a reliable future under the Obama administration; under a Romney-Ryan administration, their family members may have to rely upon other family members' help as the anticipated Ryan budget cuts are carried out. The election is not about people's imagined backroom deals; it's about stated policies and stated party platforms and how they will truly affect each of our families.
I endorsed and attended the GOP rally, and it was both positive and inspirational, but sadly, the Gov. was not in attendance, which was a shortfall. All in all, the rally was ok, and lasted about an hour after about a half-hour delay. We MUST support Romney, or any other alternative, to what is the lacking government we have today. Just a record of defeat and excess is all I have witnessed, and so should you.
