Manistee Counties Road Commission must be worse than Mason Counties for them to cancel school becaus I'm not sure why any other schools were not closed today due to road conditions. It is now 11:19am and North Lakeshore Drive has yet to be plowed for that matter any roads in the Hamlin area have not been plowed. With our personal vehicles sliding all over the road I can't imagine how the busses aren't having a difficult time. What/Who exactly determines if school is open or closed?
