Thanks for this article, and congratulations to Ms. Muņoz on completing the program. As a person diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and who has been in DBT for over two years now, I agree that the therapy is life changing and tranformative. While I still experience strong emotions that can be distressing, I no longer engage in behaviors that make matters worse or that sabotage my life -- or I at least do my best to replace such impulses with the skills. Thanks for spreading the news about this wonderful resource for people who need help regulating and handling their emotions.
