So 150000 riders on Dial a Ride and it still needs subsidation....? How about having dial a ride run on Friday and saturday nights for $5 in a smaller area and actually have it MAKE money...? After all ask the two local cab companies if they are giving 150000 rides per year(they are not) and if they running at a loss (they are not).
