Good luck with the new franchise and sandwich shop. Why not put it on it's own though, so it doesn't have to be a video shop, but a true restaurant like it should be? Sounds delicious.
If you put it in another business shop it won't be as well utilized. And going out that way versus using the downtown area is a mistake. There are plenty of empty spaces downtown, after all look what happened to Starbuck's! Maybe an owner downtown can bring down the rent on one of their buildings!
I THINK WE NEED A MOM & POP SIT DOWN RESTAURANT THAT IS OPEN YEAR ROUND... NOT A FAST FOOD OR SANDWICH SHOP.. SORRY JUST MY OPINION.
I'd rather have a a mom&pop but if since a chain is coming to town why couldn't it be a steak and shake. And in the heart of town, not out at Family Video. Don't get me wrong, I like family video. But that's where I rent movies, not buy dinner.
Nothing against Jimmy John's but House of Flavors is in walking distance of my place. I don't have to waste gas to go out if I want get a meal.
