This is sicking as this predator should have never been released from where he served his first of three convictions. This just proves that Prisoners are being released most likely cause of budget problems. With three other convictions there is no doubt he had a MDOC number and served time with the Michigan dept of Corrections as the Sheriff confirmed he prior convictions. Hopefully he will be convicted by a jury, no plea bargains so he dies behind the walls in prison and our kids will be safe. deputychief301

Three prior CSC convictions. Not even one, which would have been bad enough, but three. Whose bright idea was it to have this guy on the streets?

I just saw on the news they believe their are more victims OMG how did this guy slip through the system and now these poor kids are damaged for life. Sure hope Judge Cooper throws the book at this guy as Prison life is too good for him but then again their is'nt too many prisons that like other prisoners that have violated small kids....
