It treats its non-tribal employees like crap and its tribal members are always covering for each other when they're not stabbing each other in the back.
I wish we had more specific information of what the problems are with wages and benefits as regards the Tribal/non-tribal members here. Can Carmen be more enlightening? Seems she is more in the know than the LDN here? Thanks.
I guess it depends on why there is this dispute in the first place and what does the NLRA do that is trumping the actions and policies of tribal law. Never mind the fact that the Casino is constantly breaking its own policies in favor of their tribal employees. I would love nothing more than to give specific examples, but I don't want to cast suspicion on those who have broken confidentiality.
