Engagement Announcement


Bridal news (weddings, engagements and anniversaries) is published in the Ludington Daily News on Tuesdays. The deadline for submission is 5 p.m. Friday prior to publication date. Forms are available at the Ludington Daily News office or below. A simple listing of names and engagement dates will be published at no charge. Detailed announcements are available for $10, and photos are published for $10 each. Detailed announcements must be pre-paid; you may call the Ludington Daily News office at 231-873-5602 with a credit card number or drop off a check.

Photographs should be of good quality. Photos may be picked up after publication or returned in a self-addressed, stamped envelope included with the announcement.

Digital photos should be sent as an attachment, 200 dpi (dots per inch of resolution), 4 to 8 inches tall or wide. The file name should be the lastnameanniversary.jpg (i.e. smithanniversary.jpg) and should be saved as a jpeg file type.

Some submitted bridal content may be used on our bridal website, www.westmibrides.com.
