To all the lifelong Ludington residents: I am searching for my birthmother. I was adopted through Child & Family Services. I was born in Ludington in September of 1978. I am looking for any identifying information on my birthmother please. She may have been between the ages of 19-25 when I was born. She was tall, thin and red-ish hair. I was a twin, the other twin was stillborn. I am a well, adjusted adult with a loving family. I do not want anything from my biological parents, only information. Please, any info!! Visit Ludington every morning by website with coffee cup in hand. I am orginally from Manistee ( I'm sorry) but my wife is from Ludington!! We have been away from the area for many years. I am retired from the U.S. Navy settling here in N.Florida. Having some family still there, we try to visit as often as possible. We are coming up this August for my 50 high school reunion. Please have warm weather as my blood has become thin living in Florida. My wife (former Betty Larson) still has strong feeling about Ludington and we are looking into the possibility of spending summer months there. You have an excellent newspaper and is nice to visit each day and be informed what's happening. Love the web cams. Have a great 4th! Marty

Can not wait for the 4th to come around. We have to make the yearly trip to Ludville and hit the beaches and the state park. Its always great to walk the streets of town and run into old classmates from '78!!

I'm a past graduate from ludington senior high (1975) and just want to say how much i appreciate the web cam. every morning i check to see what the weather is like at the beach that i spent so much time on growing up. i also check the headlines and sorry to say the obituaries.
