who lived at 1668 West Conrad Road, Scottville, Michigan, 49454 died 08/15/2010. There
will be no probate estate proceeding.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against Dorothy E. Dostal will
be forever barred unless presented to Douglas E. Dostal, Trustee, within 4 months after

MORTGAGE SALE - Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by
Leopold William Gohrsch, a single man, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.,
as nominee for lender and lender's successors and/or assigns, Mortgagee, dated
December 15, 2005 and recorded January 11, 2006 in Liber 580, Page 1031, Mason
County Records, Michigan. Said mortgage is now held by US Bank National Association as
Trustee by assignment. There is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Three
Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Nine and 5/100 Dollars ($396,689.05)
including interest at 6.875% per annum.
Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case
made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale
of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public vendue at the West entrance
of the Mason County Circuit Courthouse in Ludington, MI at 1:00 p.m. on SEPTEMBER 30,

and are described as: Commencing at a point on the shore of Lake Michigan, 1 Rod 4 Links

18 West, and which point is in the Northwest corner of the Summit Township Park, running
thence East on the north Line of Summit Township Park 1100 feet, more or less, to the
Highway running North and South through said Section 23; thence North along the West
line of said Highway 1100 feet to the point of beginning of the land herein described;
thence Westerly on a line parallel with the North Line of Summit Township Park and 1100
feet distant Northerly therefrom to the waters edge of Lake Michigan, thence Northerly
along the waters edge of Lake Michigan 148 feet, more or less to the Southwest corner of
lands hereto fore conveyed to Kenneth Kibbey, the same being located 91 feet South of
the North line of Government Lot 2 of said Section, running thence in a Northeasterly
direction along the South line of said Kibbey Land 675 feet, more or less, to a point on the
North line of said Government Lot 2, which point is located 225 feet West of the
intersection of said North Line with said Highway; running thence East along said North
Line 225 feet to the West side of said Highway; running thence South along the West side
of said Highway to the point of beginning. And it being Grantors intention to convey al
lands located between property formerly owned by Anthony F. Pence and wife and
described in Liber 125 of Deeds on Page 363, in the Office of Register of Deeds for Mason
County Michigan, on the South and said Kibbey property and the North line of said
Government Lot 2 of the North. Subject to a right-of-way for ingress and egress in
common along the Northern boundary thereof and more particularly describes in
document recorded in Liber 240, Page 511, Mason County records
The redemption period shall be 12 months from the date of such sale, unless
determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA 600.3241a, in which case the
redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
