MORTGAGE SALE - Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by
Jayne M. Russell aka Jayne Marie Russell, a single woman and Corina Lynn, original
mortgagor(s), to ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc., Mortgagee, dated June 4, 2001, and
recorded on June 11, 2001 in Liber 525 on Page 1033, in Mason county records, Michigan,
on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Twenty-Three
Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Six And 48/100 Dollars ($23,296.48), including interest at
7.625% per annum.
Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case
made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale
of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public vendue, at the place of
holding the circuit court within Mason County, at 1:00 PM, on December 31, 2009.
Said premises are situated in City of Ludington, Mason County, Michigan, and are
described as: Lot 1 of Block 1 of Quevillon's Addition to the City of Ludington, according
to the plat thereof as recorded in Liber 1 of Plats on Page 11, Mason County Records.
The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless
determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA 600.3241a, in which case the
redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.

The Sherman Township Board meetings for December 15, 2009; January 19, 2010 and
February 16, 2010 will be held at the Fountain Area Fire Barn, located at 4106 E. Main Street,
Fountain, Michigan. All board meetings start at 7:30pm and are open to the public. NOTICE OF FIRST READING
PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 123
ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
First reading was conducted on November 10, 2009 for proposed Ordinance No. 123, an
ordinance to amend the Pere Marquette Charter Township Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance
No. 74 as amended, to amend Article VI - B pertaining to wind energy turbines; to permit
structure mounted wind energy turbines (SMWET) and small wind energy turbines (SWET)
as an accessory use in all zoning districts; to permit medium wind energy turbine(s)
(MWET) and large wind energy turbine(s) (LWET) as conditional uses and structures in the
Agricultural (A-1), Agriculture/Residential (A/R), Commercial (C-2), Commercial (C-3),
Harbor (HAR), the General Industrial (G-I), and Business, Technology and Industrial (BTI)
zoning districts; to amend Article VII to add provisions for site plan review; to amend
Article XII to amend definitions; to repeal Ordinance no. 114; and to provide for the
effective date of this ordinance.

Second reading and consideration of adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 1232 is

49431.
