I remember Tom Coleman. He's the guy from Lansing that worked for the DOT that came here in retirement with expertise in roadway expansions that forces people in the way off their lands. Then he rezoned the entire waterfront, to effectively zone in only special uses for condos. and fudge shops. Still around too to help the city in more fandangos.
