Wedding Information

Bridal news (weddings, engagements, anniversaries) is published in the Ludington Daily News Tuesdays. The deadline for submission is 5 p.m. Friday prior to publication date. Forms are available at the Daily News office or by e-mail. Basic announcements will continue to be published at no charge.

However, wedding reports will be limited to 8 column inches of copy. Beyond that, there will be an $8-per-inch charge for copy that exceeds the 8-inch limit.

Photographs should be of good quality. These may be picked up after publication or returned in a self-addressed, stamped envelope included with the announcement. There is an $8.50 processing fee charged for photos.

Please type or print all information clearly. Please include a local daytime telephone number in case we need to contact you.

Digital photos should be sent as an attachment, 200 dpi (dots per inch of resolution), 4 to 8 inches tall or wide. The file name should be the lastnamewedding.jpg (i.e. smithwedding.jpg) and should be saved as a jpeg file type.
